RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

FOR DOMESTIC

If you are not happy with your purchase, just return for refund or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive the package. The item returned must be in original packaging which includes the gift box and/or pouch.

FOR INTERNATIONAL

For international customers we are now accepting returns and exchanges. Please bear in mind that you will shoulder the return shipping cost. In case your package got damage during the shipping and delivery let us know so we can file a claim with the courier company that handles the shipping and delivery. Once the return has been received and inspected we will either issue a refund or exchange depending on the availability of the product.

FREE GIFT RETURN POLICY

The free gifts are given based on the total orders or events. If the value of your purchased decrease upon return you will not treat you another free gift and in occasion that you keep the free gift, we will reduced the purchased price sum of $9.99.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
