Our Free Shipping policy only applies for US customers ONLY.

Note: For APO/FPO and other States such as Hawaii, Alaska the Free Shipping option can take up to 20 days from the day of purchased.

International shipping cost is shown on the table below. The shipping chart that we provided as a reference for the shipping cost does not include any additional fees such as customs brokerage fees and tariffs that you might have to pay.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

FOR DOMESTIC

If you are not happy with your purchase, feel free to return for refunds or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive the package. Return purchased must also be in the original packaging, which includes the gift box and/or pouch.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You can also email custcare@upsera.com to know if you are eligible for return & exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account/paypal account/credit card company again, depending on the mode of payment/refund.

Note: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your financial account.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are found defective or damaged – for item exchange we will honor an exchange of similar item if the item is available else we will issue a refund.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at custcare@upsera.com and send your item to: 23 Brittany Way Kendall Park New Jersey US 08824.
